How long is a rental period?
Rentals run 3 to 5 days, chosen when you book.
How does the deposit work, and is it refundable?
A deposit is placed on hold via Stripe for your rental period, matching the real replacement cost of the piece. Once the item is returned in its original condition, the deposit is fully refunded.
Do I need to verify my ID to rent?
Yes. Every rental requires ID verification and a signed rental agreement before the piece is released to you.
How does delivery work?
Handover is in person, face to face — we don't ship or courier pieces. This also means any fit issues are caught and resolved on the spot.
What happens if the piece is damaged while I have it?
Your deposit is held against the piece's real replacement cost. If it's returned damaged, the relevant cost is deducted from the deposit; undamaged returns are refunded in full.
What's the difference between rental and made-to-order?
Rental pieces are lab-grown diamond (EF/VS) jewellery on our proprietary precious metal alloy, borrowed for 3-5 days. Made-to-order pieces are real 9k, 18k, or platinum gold, made to your specification and yours to keep permanently.
How does ring sizing work?
You try the piece on at our in-person handover. If it doesn't fit, we'll swap it for another size or piece on the spot, subject to stock. For a very close fit, we can provide a silicone ring adjuster. Rental rings can never be resized or altered by a third party — doing so forfeits the deposit.
Can I extend my rental?
Rentals are fixed at 3-5 days (chosen at booking), matching the deposit hold period.

按金會透過 Stripe 於租賃期內預先授權扣起，金額對應珠寶的真實重置成本。歸還時狀態良好，按金將全額退還。
租借前需要核實身份嗎？
需要。每次租借前均須完成身份核實及簽署租賃協議，方可提取珠寶。
如何交收？
我們只提供親身當面交收，不設速遞或郵寄。這亦代表任何尺寸問題都能即場處理。
租借期間珠寶損壞怎麼辦？
按金對應珠寶的真實重置成本。如歸還時有損壞，相關費用將從按金中扣除；狀態完好則全額退還。
租賃與訂製有何分別？
租賃系列採用 EF/VS 人造鑽石，配專利貴金屬合金，租借期為 3-5 天。訂製系列則以真正 9K、18K 或白金打造，按你要求訂造，永久屬於你。
戒指尺寸如何處理？
你可於親身交收時試戴。如尺寸不合，可即場更換其他尺寸或款式（視乎庫存）。如誤差輕微，我們可提供矽膠戒指調節圈。租借戒指不可由第三方改動尺寸——否則將沒收按金。
可以延長租借期嗎？
租賃期固定為 3-5 天（預約時選定），與按金授權期一致。
